1. Scope of the Service
GEDITOK provides access to a software platform under development intended for the creation and management of Digital Product Passports and product traceability information for business users.
2. Development Stage
The platform is currently in a development and testing phase. Features, availability, and functionality may change at any time.
3. No Financial Services
GEDITOK does not provide financial services, payment services, investment products, or custodial services. No tokens are currently issued or offered through the platform.
4. No Offer or Solicitation
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to purchase any asset, token, or financial instrument.
5. Limitation of Liability
The GEDITOK platform is provided as a mission-critical software service designed for high availability, data integrity, and long-term traceability use cases in business environments. Access to and use of the platform is exclusively enabled through utility tokens, which function as a technical and operational mechanism to access the service. GEDITOK OÜ designs, operates, and maintains the platform using distributed architectures, decentralized storage technologies, and blockchain-based systems with the objective of ensuring a very high level of availability, resilience, and data integrity. However, due to the inherent complexity of software systems, distributed infrastructures, and external dependencies, GEDITOK OÜ cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or absolute fault-free operation at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GEDITOK OÜ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or economic damages, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or third-party claims, arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
7. Language
The English version of these Terms shall prevail in case of discrepancies with any translations.
